By accessing or using Clarity360 (“Service”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. Service Description
Clarity360 is an organisational culture improvement and feedback platform that allows companies to collect insights from their members.
3. Account Registration
Users must create accounts through Auth0. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
4. Subscription & Payments
The Service is paid and requires an active subscription
Payments are processed securely via Stripe
Failure to pay may result in service suspension
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Misuse the Service
- Attempt unauthorised access
- Interfere with platform functionality
- Upload harmful content or violate applicable laws
6. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and technology within Clarity360 belong to Clarity360. Users receive a limited licence to use the Service.
7. Data Usage
Data is collected and processed according to our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to this processing.
8. Third-Party Services
We rely on third-party providers, including Auth0, Heroku, Stripe, PostgreSQL, and OpenRouter API. We are not responsible for outages or issues caused by these services.
9. Limitation of Liability
Clarity360 is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by UK law.
